Hayden Los Angeles was founded in 2015 by owner Hailee Lee, who gives an overview of the brand and its positioning. Our sister brand targeting tweens, Hayden Girls, was founded in 2016. 

 

What is your positioning? 

We have a distinctive take on fashion and strive to create the perfect everyday style that is modern, unique, and stylish. Fashion is fun and we create trendy looks that become wardrobe essentials that last beyond the seasons. 

 

What's new with the brand?

Lately, we have been expanding our Tween Collection and our Plus Collections. We're offering sizes 5/6 all the way to 3XL to be able to provide the Hayden look for everyone. With an overall approach to providing immediate goods for our customers, we provide the latest trend that customers can get now. We've been extending our reach overseas and have exhibited at CBME China in Shanghai. We had over 80 of our styles on the runway at the Shenzhen Fashion Show as well as being featured in an interview with Tencent. 

 

Who is your customer? 

Our customer comes from all over the world and is looking for the everyday staple as well as the eye-catching statement piece. Our style fits the college student relaxing at the local cafe all the way to the working professional dressed up for the workplace and dressed down for a night-out afterward. We embrace being able to provide the latest trends on to wearable styles for our customers so that they can successfully offer them to their customers. We see our relationship with our customers as a mutually beneficial partnership. 

 

What are you excited about lately? 

The growth of our customer's online presence! Everything from the customer's website to social media has been improving not only in quantity and volume but in quality as well. Not only do they look professional, each shopping experience and social media post looks curated to their specific branding. One's expression is no longer limited to just fashion. 

 

What's been the most challenging?

Satisfying each customer's needs. For better or worse, we have very high expectations for ourselves and that includes how ensuring we meet the needs of our customers. All of our customers are so knowledgable and very aware of their own customer's needs. Since our customers are from all around the world, we also get such a wide variety of trends and requests! 

 

Where do you get your inspiration? 

We don't have a celebrity muse or a designated influencer! We take the trendy essence from celebrities and influencers and utilize them in styles that anyone can freely wear to bring out their own unique style! 

 

What's been the most popular for Fall 2018 so far? 

So far for Fall, our knitted sweaters and sweater cardigans have been our best sellers. Out sweaters are not only stylish but also easy to wear. We provide high-quality knits that are soft and subtle to the touch. We glam it up a bit more for the holidays with our sequin skits and cardigans as wel as out collection of faux fur jackets.
